Today's Prompt: REMEMBER
GO!
My Bible in a year schedule had me reading in Exodus this morning. I would love to sit down with Moses on the couch with a cup of coffee and maybe some warm cookies and just listen to his stories. To hear him tell about God's miracles or seeing God's glory revealed to him. I'm sure he has lots of stories to remember and tell. I sure hope when we are in heaven that we can watch all of what happened on a big screen. Wouldn't that be amazing?
It's been a week of testing and trusting, and I tell you what, there's nothing like going through the Bible and remembering what God has done. Remembering he's been faithful. Remembering how GREAT God is gives me hope. Remembering how LOVING God is gives me peace.
So I keep looking back to how God is and as been great, faithful, loving, good, I could go on and on.
Remember the wonders He has done!
I just got a really funny mental image of you and Moses in Starbucks with the 10 commandments leaning up against the side of the couch while you sip your lattes. And I'm glad I'm not the only one who's hoping we'll be able to go back and see it all when we're in heaven! There are SO many stories I'd love to see played out again in front of me. :)
