Fitness


I became a mom 17 years ago and after 4 kids my weight was out of control.  I would get winded just climbing the stairs and had no energy.  I was used to being that way and didn't think losing the baby weight was even possible! 

In April of 2014 I decided to try getting active and in 9 months was already down 37 pounds!  I try to eat right and work hard. I feel so great, have more energy than ever and even look forward to working out every evening! Eating right and taking care of my body has become a passion. I want to be the healthiest I can be to be there for my family!
