I became a mom 15 years ago and after 4 kids my weight was out of control.  I would get winded just climbing the stairs and had no energy.  I was used to being that way and didn't think losing the baby weight was even possible!

In April of 2014 I decided to try getting active and in 9 months I'm already down 37 pounds!  I'm so close to 40 I can almost reach it!  I try to eat right and work hard. My favorite fitness programs so far are Slim in 6 and P90X3! I feel so great, have more energy than ever and even look forward to working out every evening!
