Menu Planning Comeback

I learn the value of menu planning when I get lazy for a couple weeks and instead scramble for what to make the day of.  I spend more money, more time on multiple trips to the store, and it stresses me out!  So I am back on a mission.  I've GOT to get back at it.  I really need to get back to couponing too - but that's a post for another day.  It's my hubby's birthday this Wednesday, so we are planning a fun family evening!

Monday: Italian sausage & rigatoni, garlic bread
Tuesday: Chicken enchiladas
Wednesday: Birthday Dinner!  Grilled pork chops, baked potatoes, corn on the cob, CAKE!
Thursday: Beef stir fry
Friday: Homemade pizza
Saturday: Dinner out with Grandparents

  1. I'm right there with you. I planned during Jan and Feb and loved it! Then we started trying to figure out what kind of allergies my children had acquired. For the last few weeks I've been repeating about 4 meals over and over. I guess it's time to make a new list containing all the meals that we can eat. Base one again for me. Good luck to you!
